Everlasting King of Glory, you have been so kind and loving to all of us. Thank you so much for this day and how far you have brought us. Thank you for the successful completion of this morning’s activities in spite of the weather. Thank you for the showers of blessing and your acknowledgment of your presence at the event and your presence with us now. Let your divine protection be upon this function as well as this foundation from this inauguration and its full operation moving forward. Be the head cornerstone of this foundation, be the cord of three strands that is not easily broken. Be the head of all the affairs of this foundation and be the center of all it does.
Clearly lead all who will serve, enlighten them to your vision and purpose for this foundation, may they never fail to seek you at every turn in their service. Remove from their midst any spirit of dissension and apathy and increase a burning desire in their hearts to love, and serve your people whom you bring to their attention. Crown those who serve with your loving kindness and tender mercies.
Bless this Foundation as only you can in the name of the blessed trinity; Father Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen

I decree and declare in the name of the most high God, The living God and creator of all things and initiator of the dream for SAI That this Foundation is commissioned and set apart for the service of Children with special needs, the vulnerable and under privileged and their families.
I decree and declare that it shall stand as a tall tower and beacon for all to see the manifestation of the love of God in the gifts he provides his children and their families.
I decree that this foundation shall be free of dissention, chaos, discrimination bias and favoritism.
I decree that this Foundation shall prosper in the name of Jesus.
I decree and declare that no weapon formed against SAI, ill thoughts, spirit of dishonesty and chaos shall come near this foundation.
We decree and release the power of the Holy Spirit on Smiling Angel International in all it’s functioning and we take authority over any contrary spirit that would want to be otherwise.
We decree and declare that God has sat on his throne at Smiling Angel International Foundation and it is now in full operation.
We now dedicate to you O Lord God, from who comes every good and perfect gift, Smiling Angel International, to the glory of your Holy Name.
For the fulfillment of the dream you assigned to mother, Antoinette, and daughter Adelaide, we dedicate SAI Foundation
In accordance with the commandments of Christ to love our neighbors as ourselves, and to do “it unto the least of these brothers and sister of mine,” we dedicate SAI foundation to the purpose of Service; that Children with special needs, the underprivileged, whom you cherish, will be seen as you see them and retain their hope in your goodness, faithfulness and love.
For it’s mission to Identify and provide resources such as, equipment, therapeutic intervention, basic items needed for the best quality of life for Individuals with special needs ages, 6 months to -15 years, and their families, Dear Lord, we dedicate SAI foundation.
For its purpose to act with compassion and reverence for human dignity, towards all it serves: We dedicate SAI foundation:
For its purpose to offer assistance to individuals and families with special needs to enable them fulfill their own dreams and desires by gaining the resources that are needed for a better quality of life. We dedicate this foundation.

In loving memory of Adelaide and all the special people you blessed this earth with who now rest in your bosom; we dedicate SAI Foundation
For all who have given of time and resources to make this present inauguration possible, we dedicate SAI Foundation.

Declaration of Dedication
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, I now declare Smiling Angel foundation born and operational, set apart as a legacy honoring the needs of People with special needs in our communities first in the US and Ghana and later reaching to the far corners of the earth. It shall be set apart for ever as a legacy of service and love of almighty God to whom belong Power and Riches and Wisdom and Strength, Honor and Glory and Blessing for evermore. Amen.
